Tryon Technology Park

The Tryon Technology Park is a 240-acre campus located approximately 10 miles north of Interstate 90 between state Route 29 and county Route 107 and is accessible from major metropolitan markets in Albany, New York City, Syracuse, Boston, and Montreal. The park is home to Vireo Health, that currently is constructing a 324,000-square-foot expansion. In addition to Vireo Health, there is development capacity up to four buildings, ranging in size from 150,000 square feet to more than 1.12 million square feet.

Given this is a master planned technology park, there is inherent flexibility with the features, dimensions, and utilities desired. The Town of Perth and the Fulton County Industrial Development Authority have established a streamlined permitting process whereby site plan approval can be obtained within 90 days, including formal subdivision, site plan approval and SEQRA clearance.

•   Zoning: Business & Technology Zone allows for a range of uses including manufacturing, technology, R & D, assembly, and warehousing.

-   Electrical: Natioanl Grid Natural Gas: National Grid provides natural gas service via 4” line.

-   Water: 12” main line installed throughout campus

-   Sewer:  The Gloversville-Johnstown Joint Wastewater Treatment

-   Optical Fiber: Frontier and Spectrum provide fiber service into Tryon Tech Park
