101 COLLEGE STREET

101 College Street is a $250 million state-of-the-art life sciences building that is currently under construction with an estimated delivery date in Summer 2023.

The 525,000 SF, ten-story lab building will be anchored by Connecticut-bred life science companies including Arvinas (NASDAQ: ARVN), Alexion Pharmaceuticals (subsidiary of AstraZeneca), and Yale University. Additionally, the building includes a 48,000 square foot, world-class incubator to foster life sciences start-up companies in Connecticut.

The project represents the next phase of the City of New Haven’s Downtown Crossing initiative which involved dismantling Route 34, reclaiming 12 developable acres to support the growing life science industry, and reconnecting the Medical District, Union Station and the City's Central Business District.

113 N. MAPLE STREET

113 North Maple Street is a 501,500 square foot, best-in-class distribution center that is scheduled to be delivered in Summer 2022.

Located in Connecticut's core distribution corridor, the property is 100% pre-leased to a large food distributor and a medical device company and will include freezer/cooler space to accommodate one of the tenant's needs.

The property sites on 71 actres that is situated on a corner lot with excellent visibility from two major routes. The site is also well located within two miles of the Lego, Coca-Cola and Advance Auto Parts facilities that are part of Winstanley’s Logistics & Distribution portfolio, as well as our 1 million square foot distribution bulding located at 25 Bacon Road.
