In December 2019, Winstanley acquired a 1.35 million square foot portfolio comprised of 23 Ahold-Delhaize lease locations. The properties are located throughout the East Coast in predominantly core markets, and include the Stop & Shop, Giant Food, and Shop-Rite supermarket brands. A number of the grocery stores are located in rare and valuable infill locations such as Lexington MA, Arlington MA, Watertown MA, Providence RI, Annandale VA and Cherry Hill NJ.
