Winstanley Enterprises developed this 85,000 SF neighborhood retail center anchored by Stop & Shop in West Hartford CT. Retail stores include Dollar Tree, Sliders Grill, John Boyle Design Center, Haircuttery, Crazy Bruce's Liquors, Yogurt City and LA Nails.

Winstanley Enterprises in a joint venture with Surrey Equities in New York acquired the 30% leased "mini-mall" in July 2011. The center is being redeveloped into an open air retail complex of approximately 160,000 SF by de-malling the structure into a smaller, customer friendly center with improved parking and visibility.

Six Pathmark grocery stores totaling approximately 334,000 SF in the New York area were purchased and repositioned by Winstanley.
